How RapidFit® Works:

The RapidFit® system uses a 48mm drill-out size, simplifying the process of fitting door handles and latches. The system integrates a patented quick-fit mechanism, ensuring that once the latch and striker are installed, the handles can be fully fitted in less than one minute.

Solutions for Common Installation Challenges:

Door Pre-Drilled Too Large: The RapidFit® system is compatible with innovative adapter plates, allowing retrofitting to pre-drilled 54mm holes. The RapidFit hub still hugs the latch, preventing handle sag.
Door Pre-Drilled Too Small: Architectural small rose furniture often requires a 25mm spade bit with two smaller 6mm holes for through-fixing posts. The RapidFit hub can be easily removed and retrofitted using the 6mm | 25mm | 6mm cutouts.

Fire-Rated Compliance:

For fire-rated doors (up to FD60), additional components such as intumescent kits and specific fixing packs are available. These ensure compliance with fire safety standards without compromising the installation speed or aesthetic appeal.
