As we head into the Christmas and New Year break, we want to thank you for your support throughout 2025. It has been a big year for Zanda, with strong progress across operations, product development, marketing resources and customer experience.
Christmas Dispatch and Reopening Dates
We’ll be dispatching orders right up to Tuesday 23 December. If your order is placed by 11:30am on 23 December, it will be dispatched this year.
A few suppliers slow down or close earlier than expected at this time of year, which can make planning difficult. We want you to have a clear answer so you can lock in what you need and keep projects moving.
We’re Coming Back Earlier, Because You Asked
Due to customer demand and feedback, we’ll now be back and fully operational earlier than planned, from Wednesday 7 January.
2025 Highlights
As 2025 draws to a close, it’s a good moment to reflect on what has been a defining year for Zanda Architectural Hardware. This year was not about chasing numbers. It was about investing in people, improving how we operate, expanding our product offering and, most importantly, listening closely to our customers.
Across the business, the focus remained consistent: better design, better service and better outcomes on every project we support.
Looking back, some of our key achievements this year include:
• Customer NPS rating of 86, our highest ever
• Order fulfilment rate above 96% in the last quarter of the year, a record.
• Record sales growth, our best ever sales increase
• Over 100 projects won, including large projects in Perth, Brisbane, Sydney and Adelaide
• Brisbane office refurbishment to support our growing team and improve day to day collaboration
• Brisbane warehouse upgrades to improve storage, picking efficiency and service levels
• Sales summit and training delivered to strengthen capability across the team
• New Zanda Architectural brochure released
• New price list produced and printed to support faster quoting and clearer specification
• Display board modernisation program to make it easier for customers to view and select finishes and designs
• Duke family expansion, introducing the Duke offset pull handle
• New product launches including Zurich (Fluted and Hammered), Vertex, door viewers and DDA cylinder with turn
• Continued growth of trending finishes such as Satin Brass, Graphite Nickel, Brushed Nickel and White
